We will have to elaborate a value proposition, which will basically help future customers to know why we can satisfy their needs and not another competing company, here it is important to know how to identify and express the problems we are going to solve and the needs we intend to satisfy, on the other hand we will have to know how to get our product to future customers, and how we can make that customer who is just getting to know our company want and decide to stay with the company with which we are undertaking.
It is important to know how much and how our customers will pay, we will have to study how the market works where we intend to insert ourselves and what values are handled in similar products. At the same time we have to identify the activities that will be key to carry out our business, here we refer specifically to efficiently manage the processes of production, marketing and advertising that we will use to make our company reach the goals set at the beginning and for this to become a reality, a fundamental piece in a company are the partners that will help us to produce, supply and distribute the production.
There are many business models and these are constantly changing and adapting their operation to the times, needs and movements of the market in which they are inserted, the economy is changing over time and that is why we can find from the business models of a company that have survived the passage of time and new platforms, to those that have been born on the internet and social networks.
